Living Room
Sofa, love seat or chair, coffee table, end table, lamp, HD TV with stand, HD cable, DVR, and DVD player.

Dining Room
Dining room table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen
Housewares: 8-place dinnerware and flatware setting, 8 large glasses, 4 small glasses, 7-piece non-stick cookware pan set, cookie sheet, baking dish, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, bottle opener, cooking spoons, juice pitcher, mixing bowls, carving knife block, salt & pepper set, cork screw, colander, measuring cups, cutting board, colander, dish towels, pot holders, large wastebasket.
Appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, washer and dryer.

Bedroom, each
Queen bed, head board, dresser with mirror, bedside nightstand with lamp. Housewares: 2 sets of sheets, 2 pillows, mattress pad, bedspread, hangers, clock radio, laundry basket.

Bathroom, each
4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, bath rug, shower curtain-liner, waste basket.

Utilities
All utilities, including HD digital cable, wireless WiFi broadband internet, electricity, garbage, and water.

Cleaning and Housekeeping
Personal washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum, dust pan & broom, mop are included.  Housekeeping cleaning services may be added to your package. Ask about rates.

Pets
Many of our properties are pet friendly with a proper deposit. Please inquire about pet friendly properties in your inital contact with Rent Solutions, so that we may provide the perfect housing solution.

You may add a telephone, desk, or other furniture or items or packages at your request. Ask about rates.
